The type of energy healing I do is similar to Reiki healing. It’s a modality that has come to me naturally after I hurt my back. A few years ago I hurt my back somehow and to this day I don’t know how. In hindsight, I think it happened for a reason.

This reason was to get me on the journey to where I am now. You see I couldn’t get help with my back at the time. Due to the lockdown, we all went through. So this meant I had to look into alternative ways to treat it. This is where I came across energy healing.

I had tried this before when I was a teenager with some success. But, being a teenager I did not pursue it. This time though I had to because I was in agony. It was at this point during a meditation I asked the Universe (God) to help me cure myself.
