What To Expect in an In-Person Healing Session
In a typical healing session, you will be healed at my premises. We can first sit down and have a chat about your ailments etc. Also, I will manage your expectations of the session we are about to have. Once you are comfortable with this we can proceed.
Also if you want to bring a friend or relative with you to the session this is fine. I want you to be as comfortable as possible. You will remain fully clothed throughout the session. The energy healing will take place either in a chair or on my healing table. It is up to you what you prefer.
Typical Session Takes Around 45 Mins
Once you are comfortable I will place my hands near the area you have a problem with. I will not be touching you but my hands will be around 6 inches from the affected area. I will then meditate while having my hands in place. I will then direct the healing energy into the area needed.
Some people feel a sensation of warmth or tingling. Others do not feel anything, everyone is different. All I need you to do is lay still and consciously receive the energy. This acceptance of energy is very important because of the free-will universe we live in. I can provide the energy but it is up to you to accept it and to let it work.
The actual session takes about 45 minutes in total with the pre-chat and discussion afterwards.
What To Expect in a Zoom Call Healing Session
After you book a session on my website for a Zoom call healing. You will get a notification email with the details.
When the appointment time arrives you just need to press on the link in the email. Our Zoom meeting will start from there. We can then have a chat and you can give me details of any problems you have. Once we have done this I will start the healing.
All you need to do is stay on the call and accept the energy I am about to send you. I am able to do this because we have connected energetically on the pre-chat in the Zoom call.
The healing that I send takes about 10-15 minutes and you may feel the energy coming through you. All you need to do is stay seated in your chair while I send the energy or you can lie down if you prefer.
Some people feel a tingling, others feel warmth, and others do not feel anything. We are all different, however, it doesn’t mean you will not get some benefit from it just because you did not feel anything. The call with the pre-chat and healing and post-chat normally takes around 45 minutes to complete.
