How does energy healing work? This is a question I get asked a lot. To understand how energy healing works. You first need to understand how our energy fields affect our health. When you experience an illness. This is usually the last stage of the disease. What I mean by this is firstly the ailment will start in your energy body first.

Not all illnesses start this way but I will address this first. So, let’s assume you have problems with your digestion or stomach. Something of this nature. This can be caused by trapped energy in the energy body which surrounds the physical body.

Trapped Energy Needs Healing

This trapped energy can be from numerous sources. These can include emotional and trauma issues. The negative energy associated with this trauma can stay in the energy field. This occurs if the traumatic issue is not addressed. So let’s assume for this example you have suffered in a bad relationship. Maybe your other half cheated on you in some way.

If you did not address this properly and did not heal from this trauma. The energy from this can start to seep through your energetic body.

Until it starts to manifest as a “Dis-Ease” (disease) in your physical body. Modern medicine would not address the underlying problem of the trauma. Only the symptoms that lead to the issue not being cured.

How does energy healing work to solve this problem you may ask. Well, this is where modern medicine stops and energy healing takes over. I have the ability to tap into a source of energy that is all around us. Also, this energy is in everything. And can be directed with pure intention to help heal these types of problems.
